How to File a Claim

1. Call us at 914-719-2662 or email info@gotaguygarage.com with your address and a brief description.
2. We pull your job record and schedule a free re-visit — typically within 1–3 business days.
3. If the issue is covered by warranty, we make it right at no charge — parts and labor.

What's Not Covered

• Damage from vehicle impact, weather (lightning, flood), or vandalism
• Damage from third-party repairs or modifications after our visit
• Normal wear-and-tear on bottom seals and lubricants (consumables)
• Pre-existing issues we identified at the time of service and you declined to repair
