Quotes provided before work begins are valid for 30 days. Final price may differ if scope changes during work — any change is communicated and approved by you before we proceed.
Payment is due on completion of work via cash, check, or major credit card.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Westchester County, NY.
